I did research on the certification as a home inspector (inspector by the FHA). I have a school, it seems legitimate. What should I look at the credentials of the school? and what type (s) of insurance and certification must go on mine? What is the general characteristic of the monthly insurance premiums? What is the initial investment on their pocket? I live in AZ, so it means something to somebody. Thank you.
